    Good news!aging does not have to equal weight gain.Women do lot to loss weight and be a 40s and 50s,but they don't put a drop of activity rather then harmonies.Hormonal changes change the body composition, so weight of the body must be maintain according to the activity which we do,and food we eat.To solve this problem find out how to be slim,reduce menopausal symptoms, and cut the health risks that can rise to the menopause after.

Fish:
    Due to the size of the menopause there is likely to be risks of heart diseases.So, eat two serving of fish per day (mostly those having healthy fats like salmon or trout).

     If you are have  a dairy milk then you have choose the low fat and high amount of calcium.With less calories which will be sufficient to your body.


 Get rid of bloating:

      In a day one drink is risky to the ''breast cancer''.In one side it reduce the heart diseases in the other side it is trade-off for women.
      You might keep in mind that red wine and other drinks may cause hot flashes as a result the increase in blood-vessel dilation which is caused by alcohol.


 Soy for all:

      Soy contain plants of estrogen,many women think that soy may increases their breast cancer risk.However their is very little prove to support this.The misconception may occurs from studies of high dose soy supplements,which may increases the estrogen-sensitive tumor.
       Soy foods,like tofu,soy nuts and milk are found to be mild hot flashes and are not thought to increase breast cancer risk.In Japan the Japanese woman take high amount of soy and have low amount of breast cancer risks.But the Japanese women who are move to US eat less soy and have higher risk of breast cancer.

 Herbal delight:
      Starting a day with hot drink is not a best idea for menopause.The hot drinks may see to trigger hot flashes, and caffeine in coffee and tea also have an effects in the body,so stop having hot drinks in the morning and start making you morning with cool drinks and refresh yourself  with cool drinks and be the healthy person.
