Dancing solve the health problem and how much calories need the person

    Dancing is an art with tune of the music the different organs of the body also move.dance make body fit and fresh.So,that dance is also said as solving problem of diseases.This kind of medicine is know as dance therapy.More then 40 country in this world use this therapy to solve the different problems of the body.

    In Nepal too dance therapy is use to solve the different problems related to body.To believe in it there are not only the people but the leaders,actor,sports man,singer etc believe in dance therapy.This therapy mostly useful for diabetes,problems of thyroid,overweight and so on.
    Dance therapy is natural medicine to the people.Dance make body healthy and more active,and also help to decreases overweight.To be weight loss and fit and healthy person your best solution is the dance therapy.
     According to the age and the interest of the people dance therapy is used for diseases control like depression, heart attack, diabetes, development of the bones etc are control.The women having periods their bones are reduces and they causes from osteoporosis is control by dance therapy.
      The over weight person has a best idea to reduce their weight by this therapy.the weight loss person having this therapy like to have healthy food, the muscles of the body gets stronger.E-m unity power of the body is increases.The scientists have prove that dance therapy help to develop the brain power too.




Calories according to the person
        Per day calories according to the person is different  from the different view.Daily food calories do not have exact measurement.Its depend upon the person to person different lifestyle. eg: age, sex, height, size, lifestyle and and the whole health state.6 ft-2'' height and 22 years old man have to eat more then compare to 5 ft-2'' and 70 years old inactive women.
Raw and healthy food
        In the whole world wide too,the calorie taking is different.According to the scientist a normal young man have to eat 25 hundred calories per day to maintain its weight and  a women needs 2 thousand calories per day to maintain its height.According to (FAO) in ratio a person should eat only 18 hundred calories per day.1 calorie mean the energy required to heat 1kg of water at 15degree Celsius to 13degree Celsius in NTP is called 1 calorie.
        The human life is livable when he/she gets enough energy for their body.We human being use only 20% energy to use our brain.When our body is in rest there too are some organs of our body like respiratory system as well as blood cell work and for that its need energy and our body lose its.
         If the environment is cool then our body needs more energy according to maintains the temperature.We need more energy to obtain energy.In our body energy is lost in different way as energy lost we need to have more calories to produce the energy.And that energy we gets from calories for doing work and different act ivies.
         Mostly the weight of the body depends upon the calories he/she takes in his/her daily life.According to the doctor the size of the waist is less then half of the height is good for the better and long life.If a person having height 6 ft and its waist is 36'' then that person can be able to live for long time.
         How much calories we eat,the list of it is necessary for making our health better.In our body carbohydrates increase the insulin in the body then fat or portents so,people having more carbohydrates in their daily diet must be control it.And also fat containing  food too must be control and eat healthy food which do not harm your body and increase your body weight normally people thing that over weight is just a normal thing but later they have found that it is not so over weight also can causes many dangerous diseases form which our life may be in end line.

Good news!aging does not have to equal weight gain.Women do lot to loss weight and be a 40s and 50s,but they don't put a drop of activity rather then harmonies.Hormonal changes change the body composition, so weight of the body must be maintain according to the activity which we do,and food we eat.To solve this problem find out how to be slim,reduce menopausal symptoms, and cut the health risks that can rise to the menopause after.

    Due to the size of the menopause there is likely to be risks of heart diseases.So, eat two serving of fish per day (mostly those having healthy fats like salmon or trout).

    It has also found from the research that fish oil may help to prevent breast cancer.Put an aim for two servings of fish a week and then talk to your doctor about you need not to try a supplement. like it keep it up..................
